Hi!
Anyone tried this site before? Series of tests where you have to hack it to get to the next test.
http://www.try2hack.nl/
I've managed to get through the first 7.. the rest will be up later apparently.

Alright I am on test 2... anyone have a good packet sniffer so I can scan where the swf sends the info to?

It's an swf file, I need to either get a swf hacker, or a packet sniffer, depending on how it works.
And no opening it up in notepad won't work here. The password in the second html source is fake to throw you off.

Alright I made it past the second one with a swf hacker.

Or you could just open up the swf file [... rest removed to try and let other people have a go.

That reminds me of me, working with computers at the age of 12
Maybe I should get my child's reasoning back and give this a try.

Try2Hack is too easy... Try HackNULL or HackQuest.

Lv.1 is too easy. Lv. 2 is too easy. Lv. 3 doesn't accept the password that I found :-\

There's a few red herrings when it comes to passwords. It's possible to find them all though.

If Level 3 is that one I remember it is, then go to the first SCRIPT tag... Read that line slowly and carefully. Eventually you figure that out.
