Probem with Updateing Me

Well, my computer has the OS Me. But I need a new Installer to install one of the programs. But must I update all windows or can I do?wnload new version of Installer from...?

When doing Windows Update you can choose what things you update... Only pick Windows Installer...

Im using XP....and i come across the same problem wiht my windows installer....it wont work :-\
