ID doesn't always mean user id. It can mean page id. Some sites use id's instead of names to keep track of pages.

Um, this doesn't sound like an rpg at all, just more of an online version of the lords of the rings edition of the risk boardgame.

It's more like a strategy game, but it has RPG elements (levelling up and stuff)
