Don't use avatars on other peoples websites unless you have permission from the owner of the site.

And don't link to other peoples images without the site owners permission.

df, I think you need to add something about spam(advertisement to be specific).

abandonware is abandonware....there really is no IF AND or BUTs...that is unless the software comes from the origonal creator...

But there's nothing about avatars. Can I put every pic I want as my avatar. And also about the text.

As long as it isn't offensive to other members, I presume that it's ok to use any avatar you wish(as long as you either host it, or have permission to use it if linked from another site).
