Password recovery doesn't work

I had to reinstall my working OS and so hadn't my password at hand.
I tried password recovery and it simply didn't work.

I didn't get a recovery email. The account name and email address was correct. And I also checked my spam folder. But no message from the forum!

Fortunately I found my password somewhere; otherwise my account would have been lost.

Anyone else had that problem? Or did it work for you? Any chance that this gets fixed? (I guess mods can't do that, only chase can).

I don't think I've had reason to try password recovery lately, but that's because I keep hints to my passwords on another computer. Currently, it's running FreeDOS with no net or even floppy drive.

I've just tried it and received the email immediately. I think your email was eaten by a spam filter, although it could have been some kind of server issue. (Or both, if the spam filters don't like how the server is configured.)
