No offence, but I don't think anyone will contribute to this and leave their own projects. Most people would contribute to something that is already functional, advanced, etc. Even so, contributions don't normally come this way.
What can your OS do that would make me (or anyone else here) contribute to it instead of our own projects or other more advanced projects?

You know your OS is advanced when you stop using the Intel programming guide as a reference.

You will need to provide a link to the detailed specifications of your OS so that people can see if it looks interesting. And it's not vwry informative to just say you need help - what aspects of the OS require additional help?
How big is your team? Who is the project manager? What experience do they have of managing a project like this?
