I've designed a simple ALU, that does AND, OR, NOT and ADD operations, now I wanna complete it, and I want to add some control unit to my simple computer. I couldn't find any good document for making control unit.

That's very nice and well-explained! Is it any document which explained how to design sub circuits from scratch?

Just do a little research with Google. There is plenty of information about designing digital circuits and CPUs.
