Dude, you just posted another topic on this subject, why not ask it there.
The required knowledge to learn assembly is knowing how to search the web and knowing how to concentrate and how to work hard enough to comprehend it.

There should not be any special knowledge required. Start reading a book and it usually contains all information you need. We have
an active topic about the assembly books.
As a side note, I am quite worried about this forum.
