Hey does this site provide web space for members to host a web site for their OSs?
If not, where is a good spot that's free to post my OS?

Not yet, it's something I'm keeping in mind for the future but I'd have to work out something that didn't cost me an arm and a leg. As long as your OS is open source the best place would be http://www.sourceforge.net.
