Is that port of you some one-pin thing that looks more like a hole in the PCB between the PCI-express slots? The only standard for single-wire things in a modern computer would be an antenna, but the manual would probably have informed you where an wifi antenna was to be connected. It may just simple do nothing and be connected to ground instead or have some proprietary function for production or maintenance.

I believe that's a proprietary slot used by some motherboards for special add-on cards like soundcard-based soft modems, I remember seeing them for a short time until they disappeared.
Wikipedia has an article, see
here.
It is possible this is something else entirely, obviously you should find the relevant manual for your motherboard instead of guessing.

The semi-large black ports are PCI Express 1x ports. (

The tiny hole between the two PCI Express ports is most likely a via. (

I don't believe they are PCIe slots, but it's possible.. the OP never responded, so it doesn't really make a difference.

It is definitely an PCIe slot and not an AMR: an AMR has the socket divided in the middle, whereas a PCI express 1x slot is divided into a third and two thirds. If you don't believe me you can count the pins.
Other than that, based on the lack of reaction I believe the OP was just wasting our time by posting an image and pointing to something nonexistant.

Its located slightly inwards from the surrounding PCI slots. Its a PCI-E 1x slot. AMR and CNR slots are located closer to the edge of the board than PCI-E slots, and ACR slots are PCI slots installed backwards. Additionally, AMR/CNR/ACR slots are installed offset (so that the PCB attaches to the opposite side of the bracket to normal) in order to permit them to share a slot position with a PCI slot

Hi all and thanks for the comments.
After looking on a PCIe slots pictures on the net i can see the similarity.. but i have never saw a device that can connect to to this kind of port.
thanks again for all of the comments.
Jonatan.
