i'm a dev from hanoi, doing a project on AMD,
but haven't got much skill on making OS,
hope that i may get helped and guided here

Welcome to the forums! Glad to have another OS developer on board. :)

A handy hint: Your most precious resources as a budding operating system developer are the Intel CPU manuals and the OSDev.org Wiki. Never forget that.

AMD has a fairly decent collection of documentation as well, including manuals and processor specific development guides (..the BKDG is good to have).

is there any way to switch directly from real mode to long mode?
i tried to search in osdev wiki but could not find it out
