An old Program

Hello all, I'm currently trying to find and old program i use to use on Linux but can not find ( on Google or anything ), the program clicked the mouse button every half-second or so, so you would just hover over a link or such and it would click it, it also had some way you could hover over the scroll bar and if you timed it right it would grab it and you could drag it till you stopped moving, you could do the same for highlighting then dragging text with out ever clicking the mouse. But now I don't know what this program was or what it was built into ( I though Fluxbox ). If anyone remembers, it would help me, Thank you
