I occassionally hear a snippet of information about what happened to the Columbia in between commercials, during the full hour of news coverage that I see every night about how badly we're going to kick Saddam Hussein's arse tomorrow. ::)
Basically they've pretty much concluded that the piece of foam that damaged the tiles on the shuttle's wing, allowed superheated plasma to act like a blow torch on that particular part of the shuttle during re-entry. That was when we saw the pictures of the shuttle breaking up.
I'm just so sick of this Iraq thing I want to throw up.

We've got protests in Australia because most people think that we shouldn't be involved, our Prime Minister has made up our minds for us - so much for democracy.

I'm a New Zealander, and our Prime Minister is getting lots of **** from our traditional allies (Australia, UK and the USA) because she will not support action against Iraq not sanctioned by the UN. Good on her!

That's good Mr T, at least your Prime Minister supports the viewpoint of the majority of New Zealanders. I think John Howard isn't in this so much for 'the good of mankind' but just to suck up to George BushMr. T wrote: I'm a New Zealander, and our Prime Minister is getting lots of **** from our traditional allies (Australia, UK and the USA) because she will not support action against Iraq not sanctioned by the UN. (No offence intended to Americans or George Bush, offence intended towards John Howard)
