Sierra AGI Games

All off topic discussions go here. Everything from the funny thing your cat did to your favorite tv shows. Non-programming computer questions are ok too.

That gets on my nerves that those links were snipped. >:( Well, it's true that that's not, well, really legal, but I suppose the stupid ISDA and brainless Sierra will just keep those games off of downloading. In twenty years, they'll be dead and nobody will even remember them, and they'll all die. And of course I'm sure they'll still be under protection. It's so frustrating. :P Oh, well.

You can always buy them off ebay. If you really want Sierra to release them, go ask them. Apparently they gave permission to distribute the Amiga versions of their games. (to one site.. back2roots.org).

Also, www.allowe.com has a limited selection of Sierra games that Al worked on (both AGI and non) for free download. Some of them are even Disney licenses!

You also don't have to buy the entire collections at once. If you poke around ebay enough you can find the individual games for around $10, well worth the money, hell, I think $100 is well worth the Space Quest collection myself...
