May be it worth moving there. But the subject is really big, even for the auto-delete.
My previous account (embryo) was accidentally deleted, so I have no chance but to use something new. But may be it was a good lesson about software reliability :)

Though Silicon Valley TV series is a work of fiction, there are some legit points:

-NEVER develop your own project on your employer's PC;
-NEVER develop your own project during your work day;
-NEVER share your personal ideas with your colleagues (if they are not your TRUE friends)

It's much easier for employer to prove his point in court.
