I code less than I used to do. I spend much more time imagining how I'm going to tackle the next big problem and I don't code that much.

As for modships: If you know Dex a while longer, his mod chances are rather slim to be honest.

Whoa. Wow. Did you just? No. Eek.

I'm thinking "quest for world domination" lowers chances of modship too. If so, I'm nevarrr gonna be a mod here :D

For me, code seems to be a second language (no pun intended).

Ahh yes, that was an enjoyable thread. More so when Dex came to his senses a month or two later and came back :)

EDIT: Also, I could go a while without coding if I had to. My problem is that I feel that if I don't do enough I'm letting down the team, so I'll work extra hard when I could easily go do something else :D.

Might I also add, time away from code can be the best bugfix out there. If I'm stuck on a bug, I'll go and do something else for a while; when I come back it's almost always far easier. Leaving code for a couple of weeks is also a great way to find out how good it really was - when you come back to it you'll realise it wasn't really that great :P.

 I was mis understood, i mean it may be possable to use network as a common interface, so drivers are less of a problem.

Eg: Take a common old printer, your OS will not be able to keep up with them, But what about wireless printers, now any OS with a tcp/ip stack can use them, you do not even need a wireless card driver even, if you have a wireless router, the same for playing mp3 send them to your wireless radio/mp3 player, same with hdd send data to a hddserver on your network, then theres no what file sys is it. problem.
You will find more stuff wanting to share stuff, which is where wireless and networks come into the web OS (but i should have said network OS).
