School's OUT!

All off topic discussions go here. Everything from the funny thing your cat did to your favorite tv shows. Non-programming computer questions are ok too.

i finished HS in late june, started sixth form september, and i'm hating it already.

the lessons are awesome, i even got the Computing teacher to slip some low level topics into the end of the course, and there are some cool people there. BUT... secondary school was so much more fun, i actually enjoyed being there.

My 10 year HS reunion was last night. I didn't get to go, there's too much other stuff going on right now to travel 1200 miles to see a bunch of people I didn't like in the first place. :) Although I do kind of wish I went, but oh well. Maybe in another 10 years!

Being out of HS for 10 years now... man I'm starting to feel old.

Steve, I'm going into software engineering at QUT. The fact embedded development and electronics are key parts of the course sealed the deal :P
