No wonder, I guess most osdev geeks appear here sooner or later. :P And some not so osdev geeks, but those are lowlevel geeks, or beginner geeks.
Windows Vista rapes you, cuts you and pisses inside. Thought these are just nifty side-effects.

Then move to SMF :D
They're starting on a CMS integrated with the forum.

What is it that you think is so bad about phpBB? With the theme most things looks like on MT, and the search function works better.

There have been a couple CMS and PHPBB integrations that have been around long before now. Besides what would CMS software really add to the site that we don't already get with MediaWiki? It's more helpful if features are suggested instead of software. I'll use software suggestions when deciding what software packages to evaluate but without really knowing the features that they bring that are needed and that other software lacks it doesn't do much good.

Rehabiliation centre required

Post by nitinjavakid »

I am just addicted to this site :D

Everytime I open Firefox the first site is osdev.org:)

But here I would like to make a suggestion. Isnt it possible to add personalized alerts for the posts you are watching (in addition to email alerts). Something similar to www.sun.com 's developer forum.
Regards

Thanks :)

What does the Sun site do? Display popups or some thing or just give you a personal favorite threads list?

There is a watchlist which opens up whenever you log in. I shows all info regarding the threads you are watching on one single page.
