Explorer.exe replacement

Can someone help find a FREE, SMALL, FAST GUI for XP?
I have Mozilla and my own little file manager. I just need a program to replace the GUI.

http://www.astonshell.com/ (some very pretty skins ready to use, but it's a 30day trial thing and the taskbar replacement started flickering while visiting a site with an applet on it, they might have fixed this though)

Tried Litestep some times back & it looks lot like Linux's Enlightment nvironment.

You could make Litestep look absolutely every way you want, plus add much functionality by using plugins... You only need to edit steps.rc file (or get a premade package with installer)...
