Chances are you where using tables and such when you screwed it up. center wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Not surprising since I work on YaBBSE(this board) as a developer and on the mod team.(we build modifications to the board)

It's PHP, and it can use ANY database type(mysql,mssql,msql,interbase,flatfile).

I also have a perl version of the board, although it's not as completed as the php version.

You didn't MAKE this board you only USE this board. There is a difference. I MADE CBB, I didn't just download it or get it from someone else.

The ICQ thing is not related to this board. It is related to the ICQ web site. It uses online/offline images from ICQ... if the ICQ web site goes down, or they change the image url or block the site that is using the images... then they appear as X's... there is nothing that can be done about it. It isn't the boards or anyone here's fault.

It isn't, but the problem is like that: even if the member hasn't got ICQ, the online/offline status is checked. These problems never occur for those members who have ICQ...
