Yeah... but I worked in YaBBSE's code way before I ever started CBB... so CBB has some points where it is "similar" to the way YaBBSE works.

I give all my credit up to YaBBSE, if it wasn't for YaBBSE I wouldn't have ever learned PHP/MySQL and then went on to write my own BB.

1.5.1 is considered to be the most stable, most secure, and non buggy version of YaBBSE available. As well as faster.

Politicians have been saying that for years about the government after each new election, but I don't even see any fixing in the old bugs. For YaBBSE, is that really a guaranteed promise? Not that it affects me or anything...

It is a gauranteed promise, I have seen the code, it has changed alot and is more secure, they fixed alot of known security bugs that caused problems.

Trust me on this, they arn't just spitting out crap, I am both a mod team member and yabbse developer, so I know what has changed, and what plans they have for the future.
