after 3 days, managed to get around to checking out MySQL Studio. wow! this is cool. bout time mysql got a _real_ good gui admin tool.
i conned my work into buying it so i could 'evaluate' mysql for work
(as if! hahahaha). so I have a full license now...
if you use mysql all the time, its worth the cash, this is a cool utility... very nice and impressive...

its an admin tool, the sql-server mmc plugin on windows.
its an app that does all the admin and stuff, add users, add/create/delete dbs, do indexing + keys, etc. its like phpmyadmin only better

That's gotta rock, I do see 1 feature I like in MySQL Studio though, backup. Currently there isn't a way to backup tables and databases in MySQL Control Center, I have to use phpmyadmin to export the database.
