I agree. I don't like the idea of being forced to be a member just to read posts. Why what was the reasoning behind all of this? This sort of unfriendly lockout will not attract newcomers to AGI. In fact, this move could seriously hurt if not kill the AGI movement.

i'm getting lots of hacking attempts on the board. the lockout was only turned on for about 10 minutes, then mysql died joy
