Why am I banned?

When I try to go to this board now it says I'm banned! I had to go through an anonymous web redirect to post this message! What's going on?

I've banned a few IP ranges, as the board was getting a lot of abuse from certain IP's. Since it was a uni and a few other places, I slapped a wildcard ban on the entire subnet mask.

Can you please remove the banning?

Or at the very least, give a warning, then ban those that violate the warning. Banning with no warning or mentioned reason just isn't fair!

I feel like I have a lot to contribute to this forum, and I'd very much like to particpate without major inconvience.

Why ban a lot of people just because of a few annoying ones? It seems easy enough to ignore them.

well when they're all the same person so it doesn't matter anyway, it makes sense.
