Commander Keen on Gameboy

Well i'm playing Commander Keen on my GBC! wow does it rock! its not the same keen as i remeber on ega (CK1, etc) its more like worlds of keen or something. mebbe CK4 era style.

Takes a bit of getting used to but its pretty cool :>

also scored 'Return of the Ninja' which is quie nice (since i cant get Shinobi on GBC, i need some kinda ninja game!)

I've been playing Return of the Ninja far more than Commander Keen. Ninja is a way cool platformer which I'm really getting into! it rocks. password system sucks but thats ok. i always play from the begining tho... nice challenge.

I'm gonna trade in SWIV/Silkwork IV, its booooring as....

I got Commander Keen 1-6 as a Child...i love that game...especially the ctrl t space cheat ;D

We had some computers at school that were so slow that CK was about the best that would run on them. We used to play it all breaks if it was possible, but then there were the older guys who used the cheats and wouldn't tell us, until I accidentally found out... no internet to easily check at that time... And then the pogo-stick-fly-cheat was funny... ;D

Pogo stick fly? i only knew about crtl t space cheat for all keycards and stuff

It was the same as god mode. In god mode, when you used the pogo, you could fly.

BTW I have also seen Prehistorik 2, Titus the fox and Wolfenstein for GBC/GBA

I found that out it is GOD and then there is a shift tab one where you can walk through levels! I love gamewinners.com!

When I found out the cheats, the "god" one was easy, because I could just look over the other guy's shoulders and the combination would give it away, but the other cheat was harder... I tried about an hour at home until I finally got the combination... I think it was more by accident, though. The good old times...
