hi,
my os throwing General Protection Fault #GP, and it is causing double fault
i think problem is with IDT
so what could be the problem,and what is the #GP
please help
i have read the Intel 3a Manual but still not getting

- Use a debugger.
- Find out the instruction causing the #GP.
- Examine the #GP error code.
- Find out the reason for the #GP.
- Check your IDT & kernel stack.
- Find the reason for the #DF.
