I want to post but ,i dont know why i am atracted to the posts where it is locked.How to post there.

How to post there? You can't. Because they're locked. They are locked because either the thread became a flame war, someone didn't follow the rules, someone was acting idiotic, or the mods didn't have enough coffee that day.

Yes you can look at them. And if you read them, several also tell you why they were locked.
