[SOLVED-ish] How do you do a poll?

How do you do a poll? I would like to do one but don't know how.

Erm... either I am still retaining some moderator rights, or none of you has found the poll options at the bottom of the "New Topic" page...
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.
