Matt: are you using Firefox or any other non-IE browser? Thars your problem, you need to use IE to get it from the M$ website.

Tried IE too... It might've been Windows Defender (later on I found it asking me about an OCX which was what the website was trying to install), I'm waiting for our bandwidth to reset before I try again.

At the current rate we'll be over 9 GB over the limit when it ticks over, and it's not cheap to go over :(
