Okay, so I've had my Zune 30 for 2 years, never any problems. It's got wi-fi and all kinds of stuff, it's great.
The only problem I had was on New Year's Eve, when it rebooted and froze during boot process. It's fine now. This was caused by a leap year bug and won't ever happen again. So the thing is, that this happened to ALL Zune 30s at the same time and was unexpected, and it took half a day for MS to address the problem. People were mad. But everything's fine now. (Sorry if this is old news to you.)
Did this by chance happen to any of you? I know most people have iPods and don't believe in Microsoft, but I wouldn't trade my Zune for any other mp3 player right now.

Personally I have an iPod (5G) - but only because it was given to me . I think it was worth about £200 when it was new (it used to belong to my dad).
If I had that money and was choosing what to buy, I'd go for an eeePC, though - about the same cost and it can do so much more!
My iPod is now running iPodLinux, but inputting text with the click wheel is not much fun. I wonder if you can get ssh running on one of these things...
Cheers,
Adam
