I'll join but I'll remove the ?uc=au2_493 from the url :P

It reminds me of Ikariam. That was fun until I built everything + a few colonies and didn't know what else to do...
My OS is Perception.

Ikariam is really more beautiful than travian... Travian is ugly!

Ikariam? I've heard of it. I couldn't waste my time on that because it won't allow me to register to any server at all. So i gave up and stayed with travian.

Age of Empires II is better than this, and no one even plays it online anymore. And it's not even a new game.

Don't you just hate it when that happens?

It recently happened with Spore. The game was so fun when you were in tribal stage, but then it toned down, and when I was about half way to the centre of the galaxy I thought "why bother? I have other stuff to do".
My OS is Perception.

I often find the same. I have X2:The Threat (Elite style game) which has an awful story line (one main character is called Ban Danna - nice!) but the appeal was open-ended gameplay and an ability to pick and choose what you do: Trading, Pirating, Pirate Hunting, Fabrication... But it kind of loses its appeal when you get so good no-one else even has a chance.

I find that I go back to my FPS games most often, particularly online ones because of the variation in the game each time you play. Of couse, that's when I get the time...

Cheers,
Adam
