Without strong programming language knowledge and software design skill all the tutorials in the world won't help you make an operating system.

Be clueless as you want, but you do know the word please?

A bit of courtesy ain't hurt your pride and helps us helping you.

The more, what knowledge d'you miss? How to use google?

Checkout the "read this ere posting"-thread. Somewhere here it must be lurking around.

well you could try osdever.net for osdev... but if you cant program well in c and asm, then i don't think you'll get anywhere.

osdev can be extremely difficult =\
